For Neighborhood economic boost
Block parties are designed to unite neighbors and communities, support local businesses, and to help create vibrant spaces. UVI will work with a variety of city and community groups to highlight various San Jose neighborhoods to drive awareness/sales to businesses and the community through a “block party”
Live music with multiple bands, highlighting 30+ businesses in the area
Art, food, wine, and beer + Tours of new businesses
More than 100 stakeholders involved, including Mayor’s office, Councilmembers, and local businesses

Feature food and drink(for sale from retailers), art, music, game and fun.
Who’s Hosting?
Local businesses will create programs and incentives to encourage people to visit.
